As Account Manager, you directly report to our Chief Operations Officer and your mission is to build, expand, grow and maintain the relationships with our most important customers and drive retention and revenue.

As Account Manager at Paazl you:

- Build strong relationships with our customers, draft and execute account plans through consulting, upselling and renewals;

- Create the Best Paazl Integration (BPI) together with the support team and Customer Integration Manager;

- Give input to product and development team based on customer feedback in order to build an even better Paazl;

- Work closely with our tech-support agents to understand best the challenges/questions of our customers aiming to a continuous improvement mindset;

- Drive co-marketing activities, organize customer events and work close with marketing team for customer insights and communication.

- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.

About you

-Experience: you have 4+ years of experience in roles 

demonstrating the key skills:

- Commercial driven: you have a commercial mindset, are a negotiator and you know how to optimize value for Paazl and its customers

- Great team player: You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as strategic projects, product, marketing, and customer success;

- Growth leader: You are passionate about identifying new opportunities, building strategic account plans and delivering impactful actions with optimal value through customer and financial understanding;

- Communication skills: you are able to listen and communicate with external and internal partners;

- Hands-on: You are an active listener and know how to influence key stakeholders towards a defined goal with pro-activity;

- Great team player: You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as product, development, customer support, marketing and finance;

- Network: preferably you have network in E-Commerce and/or Logistics

- Languages: You fluent in English, and preferably understand and speak business-level Dutch.

- Knowledge/Education: great if you have a degree, but more important is experience, network and ambition;
